Now, I use that same dedication and leadership to help women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with confidence and clarity.

I started Aging Well Coaching for two simple reasons: 1) I helped myself feel better during perimenopause and wanted to help other women feel better too, and 2) I want my daughter to grow up in a culture where women care for themselves as fiercely as they care for others.

How do I support you? As a Health and Wellness Coach (HCA-accredited) with certifications in Perimenopause and Menopause Coaching, Nutrition, and Personal Training, I blend science with empathy — so you get practical, evidence-based strategies that fit your real life.
