3-Month Coaching Journey
With so much health information out there, it can be difficult to figure out where to start to feel better. In one-on-one coaching, we follow a systematic process that has been proven to result in lasting improvements to lifestyle habits and health. We’ll explore your current health, lifestyle, challenges, support networks, and much more, along with your strengths, values, and motivations for change to create a holistic horizon-to-horizon vision for your health. We’ll map out a wellness plan with your priority areas of focus, and set larger goals with smaller action steps you are ready, willing, and able to take to help you get there. Weekly check-ins will help us monitor progress, address challenges and make adjustments and explore new areas if needed.

About me
I started Aging Well Coaching for two simple reasons: 1) I wanted to help women feel better, and 2) I wanted my daughter to grow up in a culture where it is normal and socially accepted for women to prioritize their own needs and health before those of others. I see so many women working their butts off every day to meet life’s challenges with courage and a smile, but when I talk to them, they are often tired, unhappy, and struggling with their health and self-esteem. I have been there. I am smiling in this picture, but I didn't feel so great on the inside. I was in my midlife, trying to juggle a busy job and a busy family while trying to make time to take care of myself.
