If you’re struggling right now, I want you to know — I’ve been there too.
In this photo, I’m smiling… but at the time, I didn’t feel great on the inside. I was in my midlife, juggling a demanding military career and a busy family while trying to find a moment — any moment — to take care of myself. I felt pulled in every direction until my body started sending signals that something had to change.
My check engine light came on.
After multiple doctor visits, I learned that stress, anxiety, autoimmune issues, and perimenopause were all part of the picture. It was during COVID that I finally stopped, reflected, and decided to take my own health seriously — not just to get by, but to truly thrive.
That decision changed everything.
Four years, a diploma, and several certifications later, I’m still on my own healing journey — but I laugh more, feel lighter, and finally have the energy and vitality I was missing. Now, my mission is to help other women do the same.

After 25 years leading teams in the Royal Canadian Air Force, I’ve learned that true strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and built on consistency, compassion, and purpose.
At Aging Well Coaching, I combine science, structure, and empathy to help women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife with confidence. My approach is grounded in evidence-based training and a deep understanding of how to help build successful habits for lasting behaviour change to support a healthier lifestyle.
