  • Personalized Coaching

    Starting with an intake assessment, we will discuss your current health, past and present treatments, concerns and health areas you’d like to improve. As your coach, I will provide support by helping you explore your current habits and systems, challenges, motivations, and provide you with the latest research and information to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes. I’ll help you define goals, create a personalized action plan with manageable steps to support transforming your lifestyle habits into healthier versions, and provide ongoing support and encouragement to help you stay on track to achieving your goals. We will take a holistic approach to your health looking for interconnectedness between your stress management, sleep, nutrition and physical activity to help you feel your best.   • Group Coaching

    Group Coaching for Healthy Aging involves 8, 1-hour sessions with multiple clients where we explore reasons for pursuing lifestyle changes, common challenges experienced, ways to navigate these challenges. Mini-lectures on how lifestyle habits can influence our disease risk, including top prevention tips will be provided along with self-reflection opportunities on current habits, possible improvement areas, which will lead to goal setting and development of action plans. Collaboration and a supportive environment of peers are leveraged to increase motivation and help create a greater sense of responsibility to follow through on actions and goals.

  • Community Events

    These are education-based workshops provided in-person in the Community to increase awareness on how our bodies change as we age (hormones, digestion, cognition, bone, joints, muscle and more) and how small, sustainable, lifestyle changes can reduce your risk of chronic disease and support your overall health and well-being. You’ll leave with a Healthy Aging Vision Statement and a wellness plan to improve one key lifestyle habit.
