  • Personalized Coaching

    Menopause occurs on average around age 51, but symptoms can linger for decades with health risks steadily increasing after losing the protective effects of sex hormones. The good news is that this new stage of life offers an opportunity to redefine your priorities, embrace change and rediscover yourself. With personalized coaching, we will start with discussing hormonal changes in menopause, your perimenopause experience and understanding your body, mindset and lifestyle habits that may be contributing to symptoms. With this deep self-awareness, we will create a Menopause support plan using science-backed recommendations for nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress management and physical activity to help you transform your habits to reduce health risks associated with aging and decline in sex hormones and help you feel your best in this phase of life. Measuring and assessing your progress along the way will help you stay motivated and shift approaches when challenges arise.   • Group Coaching

    Group Coaching for Menopause involves eight, 1-hour sessions with multiple clients where we explore how your body changes during perimenopause and post-menopause and common symptoms associated with these different phases. We will discuss the impact of hormone fluctuations on your body, learn about the hormone pathways and how certain combinations of symptoms can be indicate specific hormone imbalances that can be supported with tailored lifestyle habits. We will explore lifestyle habits, mindset shifts and baseline recommendations for nutrition, sleep, stress management, and fitness that can help you feel your best, and reduce the severity and frequency of many symptoms in post-menopause. You’ll create your own personalized menopause vision statement and plan to support your self-care journey. Collaboration and a supportive environment of peers are leveraged to increase motivation and help create a greater sense of responsibility to follow through on actions and goals.

  • Community Events

    These are education-based workshops provided in-person in the Community to increase awareness on how our bodies change as we age (hormones, digestion, cognition, bone, joints, muscle and more) and how small, sustainable, lifestyle changes can reduce your risk of chronic disease, and support your menopause journey, improving your overall health and well-being. You’ll leave with a Healthy Aging Vision Statement and a wellness plan to improve one key lifestyle habit.
