  • Personalized Plans

    Perimenopause can start as early as mid-30s with subtle signs like increased fatigue, mood changes, increased anxiety, constipation, sleep problems and in your face symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. In personalized coaching, we will discuss the impact of hormone fluctuations on your body, learn about the hormone pathways and how certain combinations of symptoms can indicate specific hormone imbalances that can be supported with tailored lifestyle habits. We will do a deep dive on your lifestyle habits and any challenges focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and mindset to get a full overview of your current landscape and how some factors may contribute to having more or less symptoms during your menopause transition. The end result of the coaching relationship is to help you create a Perimenopause Plan using science-backed recommendations for lifestyle habits and mindset to help you reach your health goals. Measuring and assessing your progress along the way will help you stay motivated and shift approaches when challenges arise.   • Group Coaching

    Group Coaching for Perimenopause involves eight, 1-hour sessions with multiple clients where we explore how your body changes during perimenopause and common symptoms associated with those changes. We will discuss the impact of hormone fluctuations on your body, learn about the hormone pathways and how certain combinations of symptoms can be indicate specific hormone imbalances that can be supported with tailored lifestyle habits. We will explore lifestyle habits and baseline recommendations for nutrition, sleep, stress management, and fitness that can help you feel your best, prepare you for the hormonal shifts that accompany perimenopause and menopause and reduce the severity and frequency of many symptoms when you enter that stage of life. You’ll create your own personalized menopause transition vision statement and plan to support your self-care journey. Collaboration and a supportive environment of peers are leveraged to increase motivation and help create a greater sense of responsibility to follow through on actions and goals.

    These are education-based workshops provided in-person in the Community to increase awareness on how your hormones change throughout your reproductive cycle, why some symptoms develop at certain times within your cycle and lifespan and more) and how small, sustainable, lifestyle changes can minimize symptoms and support your overall health and well-being.
