Healthy Aging Coaching
With so much health information out there, it can be difficult to figure out where to start to feel better and reduce your risk of chronic diseases associated with aging, like diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and many more. In one-on-one coaching, we follow a systematic process that has been proven to result in lasting improvements to lifestyle habits and health. We’ll explore your current health, lifestyle, challenges, support networks, and much more, along with your strengths, values, and motivations for change to create a holistic horizon-to-horizon vision for your health. We’ll map out a wellness plan, with your priority areas of focus, and set larger goals with smaller action steps you are ready, willing, and able to take to help you get there. Corporate Wellness Programs

Corporate Wellness Programs are designed with senior management and employee engagement to encourage improvements in employees’ overall health and create a positive work environment. They can include a variety of components, including workshops, wellness challenges, and one-on-one coaching, all geared towards the needs of the organization and its employees.
One-on-One Coaching Session Types
Discovery Call, Free
A discovery call is a time for us to get to know one another and determine if there is a good fit between your needs and goals and my expertise and coaching style. The goal is for both of us to gather essential information and assess whether we can establish a productive coaching relationship before making any commitments.
Foundation Session, $100
The foundation session kicks off and sets the stage for our coaching journey. It is a time for you to share your story, concerns, and aspirations in a supportive environment, allowing me to gain insight into your current health status, lifestyle, and habits. By understanding your unique circumstances, we can then identify specific areas of focus and potential directions of our work together.
Standard Coaching Session, $50
During a standard coaching session, we will review your goals and action steps, possibly develop new ones in different focus areas, discuss progress, as well as any challenges you may have encountered, and develop strategies or adjust our approach as needed to ensure your continued success on your health and wellness journey.
