A cornerstone of the program is a comprehensive workbook designed to be your companion throughout this journey. You will use it to track your symptoms, record your insights, and document your progress. Each week in the workbook helps you explore your current habits and symptoms you’ve built around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and your mindset. It provides opportunities for reflection and exercises to help transform your habits and systems to shift your menopausal experience to something you actively shape.

  • Definitely. You can switch from a self-paced to 1:1 coaching plan at any time, but group coaching plans are limited to course availability dates.

  • Yes! I’m always expanding the courses with fresh content, tools, and updates to keep pace with the latest science.

  • Once the course has been paid for, it is non-refundable, but we can discuss concerns or reasons for wanting to cancel to come up with a resolution together.
